ACCOMMODATION PRICE LIST

Prices are contractual and may change according to the number of nights, season, demand and LAST MINUTE

Cot for a child up to 2 years old CZK 300/night.

We provide discounts, gift vouchers when staying for more than one night, for permanent guests, or when staying with children.

The main entrance of Villa Callum at the rear of the house is guarded by a CCTV system with recording.

Contactless CHECK-IN only after sending OP, PASSPORT number
farewell events only by arrangement, after sending and agreeing the conditions of accommodation.

We accommodate guests from 15:00 to 22:00, later arrivals are possible by prior arrangement.

On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. Later departure is possible upon agreement for an additional charge of CZK 100/person.

The time of arrival must be reported by phone in advance.

Guests are required to be quiet at night from 22:00 to 06:00.

Nearest restaurant 2000 m, groceries 100 m, public transport connection 50 m

The room is equipped - kettle, microwave and small fridge, wardrobe, table, chairs,
common kitchen for Suite and 2 rooms with basic equipment.

No smoking in the house, smoking allowed on the terrace.

If you are interested, we will provide you with transport to the nearby area by a local taxi service, the transport is paid for by the accommodated guest. Entry is allowed only for accommodated guests.
